Procedure: |
Prospective
exhibitors are requested to fill the application form and send it to
the organizer/co-ordinator, with a participation fee according not the
given deadlines.

stall locations will be allocated by Stand Management Sub-Committee.

To
encourage Pakistani exhibitors a discount of Rs.3,000 per stall of 3x3
meters will be allowed on full payment to be received by the organizers
till 30th August, 2007.
For
international Exhibitors a special discount of US$ 100 per stall of
3x3 meters will be allowed for full payment received by organizers till
30th August, 2007.

| KIBF
Souvenir: |
KIBF
will publish a souvenir brochure including information and articles
related to the publishing and bookselling trade in Pakistan. The souvenir
will also include a listing of the KIBF exhibitors and their particulars.
This souvenir will be a definitive source of reference for anyone
interested in publishing and booktrade of Pakistan. The short profile
of the exhibitors will include their particulars and their contact
details.
Exhibitors are invited to place their advertisement in the souvenir.
The advertising rates are as

pages:
Full
page (black and white) Rs.7,500
Full Page (colour) Rs.12,500
Cover:
Inside Front: Rs.25,000
Inside Back: Rs.20,000
Back Cover: Rs.35,000
All advertisement material along with 100% advance payment by bank draft/pay
order in favour of the Pakistan publishers & Booksellers Association
should be sent to the Convenor, KIBF, latest by 15th September 2007.

| Hotel
Accommodation: |
KIBF
will make all efforts in arranging hotel accommodation at special rates
and out-station exhibitors are requested to contact the Coordinator well
in advance, as the space is limited. |
Note:
The display and sale of pirated books is strictly prohibited at the
KIBF. Strict legal action will be taken against exhibitors found guilty of
violating this rule.
